Titan - Program Manager - Titan Learning Academy (5-10 yrs)

Reporting to - Group Manager - Titan Learning Academy

Overview: Titan Company Ltd. is primarily a lifestyle products company with 5 lines of business - Watches & Accessories, Jewellery, Eyewear, Fragrances and Sarees & Indian Wear. The Learning Academy is a new focus area for the organization with an objective to build the Digital Quotient of the org as a whole and provide learning at fingertips to its employees.


Set up the online platform for the Titan Academy

1. Evaluate options & identify a robust, feasible online platform compatible with the organization's current HRIS systems

2. Conceptualize the architecture and workflows for the online Titan University

3. Partner with the IT/HRIT/external partners to deploy the online university

4. Draw out the plan for implementation, content creation and upload and dissemination of the learning programs to the target audience

5. Identify emerging trends in learning and build cutting-edge solutions

Ongoing management of the online academy's content & deployment

1. Drive the change and adoption with key stakeholders to influence org-wide adoption of the Online Titan University

2. Evangelise & train stakeholders for adopting the online university

3. Drive Change Management & Adoption

4. Identify & prioritize areas/ functions to be brought onto the online academy in phase 1 & create customized content for the online schools in partnership with businesses & L&OD team

5. Build processes & systems for smooth functioning of the online university

6. Partner with the IT team for technical upgrades/developments on the Online University

The right candidate would have

- Exposure to IT products for HR, like Success Factors, SAP etc.

- Exposure to Training/ Learning Systems

- Experience in implementing IT infrastructure

- Program management of complex programs with multiple stakeholders

- Experience in Managing Learning Programs/Systems

- Experience of the talent management cycle as an HRBP

- Intermediate to expert knowledge of IT products for HR

- Program management
