1. Undertake marketing / customer / competitor research to understand the brand positioning, trends, insights, gaps and strengths in the digital space

2. Liaise with the agencies for development of digital marketing plan aligned to performance targets and estimate the budget as a part of E- Commerce Plan

3. Rejig the plan based on the approvals from the stakeholders while ensuring achievement of the cascaded targets

Marketing : Brand management : Digital marketing plan

1. Develop the digital marketing brief detailing the targets and aligned to the brand and brief the media and creative agencies for the development of the digital plan

2. Evaluate the plan developed by the agencies and provide recommendations to ensure achievement of the target at lowest possible cost

3. Plan the inhouse marketing campaigns (IBM Cloud, Gamooga, etc.) aligned to the requirements

Marketing : Brand management : Marketing plan execution

1. Allocate the budget for each campaign as per the plan to ensure achievement of the target

2. Liaison with the appropriate brand team & creative agencies in the

- Development of the collaterals / content adapted as per the digital marketing requirements

3. Liaison with the agencies for the placement and communication of the content in in the websites / channels as per the agreed plan

4. Manage end to end marketing initiatives using in-house campaign platforms and oversee the execution of the same

5. Evaluate the campaigns periodically and ensure that the branding is in line with the guidelines

(inbound & outbound) execution revenue targets

Marketing : Brand management : Performance monitoring

1. Undertake web analytics using various analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. to analyse the effectiveness of campaign and tweak the plan for optimisation for achievement of targets

2. Ensure that all the paid media campaigns performance is tracked and reported

3. Well versed in affiliate marketing, GMP stack and Facebook

4. Track all key metrics across the site using web analytics tools and reported periodically

5. Well versed in Affiliate marketing

6. Can scale business based ROAS and eCPT

7. Evaluate the performance of the digital / social media campaigns vis a vis the plan and undertake action planning and course corrections as per the requirements

1. Identify and shortlist vendors based on their capability / offerings aligned to the business requirements

2. Provide support on development of statement of work and the price as per the requirements

3. Evaluate the vendors / agencies for the performance against agreed statement of work and undertake appropriate actions
