Titan - Manager - Marketing - Corporate Business Group (10-13 yrs)

Titan CBG is one of the fastest-growing business divisions and is planning for accelerated growth in the coming years in the B2B space. We are currently looking for a Manager - Marketing Corporate Business Group-B2B for this division.

Marketing: Marketing Communication: Create a Strategy for the business

- Create a marketing plan on how CBG will achieve its budgets for the year. Covering Market Size, Growth, Products offered, pricing strategy, Gross Margins, Promotional support and marketing collateral, new additions (products and customer) and a SWOT.

- Create a Marketing Plan for each of the product categories and which products from them Including a customization plan

- Create a Strategy for each customer segment, Industry, Occasion. Especially for the top 15 segments of Industry mapped to occasion / needs

- Create a strategy for HNI, Education Institution, Franchisee, MSME, Industry, and Occasion.

- Analyze the past purchase data for each industry segment and customer type: Gifting AG, Aggregator, each Industry segment using the inputs from What is bought, when, how often, for each product category in what combination.

- Understand customer need for products and where customisation can be offered and how

- Identify products that can be offered from existing ones offered by BU and plan for the introduction of new products

- Create a calendar of events as per the target audience

Marketing: Creation of customer collateral

- Responsible for delivering customer experience, therefore, will work with all customer interfaces to achieve the goals for Corporate Business group

- Creation of the Digital catalogue to depict the structure and briefing of the CBG team and its offerings based on the business strategy in place.

- Work with agencies and vendor partners to create and deliver on the physical catalogue in line with the business offerings

- Identify sales aids, software and hardware requirement to help in the seamless creation of the product catalogue to the holistic sales kit for businesses in partnership with the sales teams

- Marketing: Digital Marketing

- Ideate and create the digital marketing strategy for the Corporate Business Group

- Identify the key industries, customer segments to achieve the business goals and create digital campaigns for the target audience and customer segments

- Work with Agencies to create the brief to identify solutions, occasion as per customer segmentation along the year and run campaigns

- Create and update the quarterly calendar of activities for digital marketing based on overall strategy

- Review campaign along with digital manager

- Creation and maintenance of the website is structured based on the above product and customer strategy

- Customer communication thru email marketing, SMS marketing, website marketing, blogs and other digital medium

- Procure customer data and use it for targeting

Marketing: Customer acquisition

- Create content for customer communication and use social mediums like Linkedin, google search,

- Customer communication thru email marketing, SMS marketing, website marketing, blogs and other digital medium

- Use customer data and create customer-specific

Marketing: Customer Experience

- Launch the (NPS) CX survey program across the country and work on providing customer satisfaction inputs to integrate into the marketing plan for CBG.

- Analyze the response, identify the action points and share the feedback with stakeholders for action, build an action plan on communication basis relevant feedback

- Monitor the responses and engagement with the customer and identify the root cause of issues

- Build testimonials based on the responses and post them on social media to increase engagement within the target audience

- Measure end customer experience (receiver of the gift) to gain insights on how the needs are being addressed and what can make the experience better

- Propose a loyalty program to encourage repeat and build a connect keeping in mind the customer is the organization and not the individual

Qualification and experience :

- MBA from Premiere Institutes

- 10-12 years of relevant experience
