Titan - Manager - Marketing Communications - Eyewear Segment (3-5 yrs)
- Leading the creative/ Idea Development and Execution of all the Advertising campaigns & promotion plans
- Includes mass media, TV, print, PR, Digital media (along with the digital manager), etc.
- Interacting with advertising, media and PR agencies to effectively execute these plans.
- Developing impactful in-store VM for all campaigns - work with the VM team to ensure effective communication at a store
- Working closely with field teams for successful execution of plans
- Analyzing the marketing effectiveness of campaigns
Consumer and competition understanding :
- Developing a deep understanding of customers in the category by personal interaction and through formal research
- Regular market visits to understand competition and category in order to create a differentiated brand imagery
- Planning and executing all research on the business
- Consumer insight mining for effective creative development
Public Relations :
- Development and execution of annual/ quarterly PR plans for all categories of frames, lenses, sunglasses, etc to keep the buzz around the brand
- Taking ownership and working closely with the agency to deliver key brand messaging through effective and innovative PR initiatives
