Process Contribution 1. Develop deep insights of the consumer along with market & competition insights for key jewellery International markets (USA, UAE, Qatar etc.) 2. Undertaking market / customer research to understand the brand positioning, trends, insights, gaps and strengths and develop a go-to market strategy for the brand 3. Develop & execute regular consumer panels, surveys, FGDs, In-depth interviews etc. 4. Closely engage with local agencies, partners & retail team to gain deeper understanding of markets 5. Recommend actionables/inputs for each of the identified consumer segments and how Tanishq can cater to each segment 6. Measure the success of brand building initiatives through Brand Track Studies & Consumer Research 1. Conceptualize the Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning for Tanishq in the International markets - Anchor all marketing initiatives from concept to execution on various platforms both online and offline- Digital, Radio, Outdoor, Social, Influencers, PR etc. 2. Develop the content direction, creative route & media strategy for campaigns to enhance brand awareness (ATL & digital campaigns), drive store walk-ins & traffic to the websites. 3. Development of the campaign brief aligned to the marketing strategy and participate in briefing the agencies along with the evaluation and finalisation of the plan 4. Define the long-term brand building goals, marketing initiatives & investment calendars for each of the markets 5. Evaluate the plan developed by the respective vendors and provide inputs to iterate the plan to ensure achievement of target 6. Planning & efficient deployment of marketing budgets for the year - Develop and track the Month-wise marketing spends across platforms & Manage the marketing budgets to deliver efficiency and impact 1. Oversee the execution of the branding initiatives to ensure that the initiatives are as per the agreed marketing plan across online & offline platforms 2. Provide inputs on the initiatives to ensure that the marketing goals are being met in line with the business objectives. 3. Oversee the coordination with creative agencies in developing the Content direction & creative route for the brand 4. Oversee the coordination with the media, PR & Influencer agencies for the execution & implementation of campaigns 1. Evaluate the performance of the marketing campaigns vis a vis the plan and recommend action planning and course corrections as required 2. Tracking & monitoring of campaigns to ensure KPIs are being met 3. Monitor the performance of the branding initiatives / campaigns periodically and recommend necessary course corrections if mandated 4. Review the evaluation of the vendors / agencies basis their performance and recommend appropriate actions 1. Finalising, selection & onboarding identified agencies/vendors basis their offerings, capabilities to partner with Tanishq 2. Negotiate with the vendors on the rates within the recommended price range & empanel the vendors as per the recommended guidelines 3. Periodically evaluate the agency/vendor on the performance against the agreed statement of work and determine contract renewal / continuation decisions 4. Identify and shortlist agencies/vendors based on their capability / offerings aligned to the business requirements 1. Set Objectives for Reportees aligned to the organizational /functional objectives. 2. Set clear and challenging goals for team members as per timelines 3. Continuous feedback on team member's performance 4. Career conversations and development dialogue 5. Liaise with HR on vacant positions. 6. Conduct recruitment interviews for key positions
