Titan has a well-defined, tiered leadership development program - We have 4 programs aimed at developing leadership potential at junior, middle, senior and top levels of management. These programs are the Young Leader Program (YLP), Emerging leader program (ELP), Senior Management Development (SMD) and Top Management Development (TMD) The role holder is expected to: - Lead ELP, the leadership development journey for the middle management cadre of Titan - Program manage SMD, the leadership development journey for senior leadership of Titan Key Deliverables: ELP (Emerging Leaders Program) - Co-design &amp; deploy the various elements of the ELP learning journey 1. Evaluate the elements along with the external expert to select the best option for the program 2. Provide inputs to the external expert on content to strengthen the program 3. Co-create elements like immersions/ sponsorships etc. - Support participants through the learning journey on both logistics and developmental needs - Deploy &amp; monitor the effectiveness of the program 4. Facilitate reviews of individual development plans of participants 5. Monitor progress on the individual as well as group development for all participants 6. Recommend improvements in design &amp; deployment of the program and participant experience - Ensure engagement with participants, their managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders - Manage external partners and vendors SMD (Senior Management Development) - Plan and schedule all program elements - Create a stakeholder map and ensure adherence to a communication plan - Provide logistical support to Head - Leadership Development for the program - Manage external partners and vendors Overall : - Leverage technology to create better participant experience &amp; reach of the programs - Plan and execute communication element of the Leadership Development journeys - Design &amp; deploy large-scale initiatives like Leadership Conclave Key Measures for Success: - Adherence to a program schedule - Feedback from participants on the learning elements - Leaders- scores on the readiness of participants for higher order roles Candidate Requirement: - No. of years of experience: 4 to 8 years - Work experience: Exposure to L&amp;D, Talent Management would be useful. Experience in managing large scale key talent programs would be desirable. - Education qualification: MBA/ PG degree in HR from tier 1 campuses Key skills required for the job: - Meticulous, detail oriented - Flair for project planning and monitoring - Strong executive presence (the role requires interacting and influencing senior leaders) - Should be restless and always believe there is a better way to do things and seek to be better than yesterday - Should be the self-starter with high energy and - let's get it done!- attitude
