Responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of Titan Company's Corporate Office. Responsibilities would include: - Direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as security, reception, technical services, housekeeping, catering, and other soft services - Manage vendors & vendor contracts. Work very closely with vendors to ensure maximizing their resources. - Develop &amp; implement security policies, protocols and procedures - Prepare &amp; manage budgets for various operations to ensure cost optimization - Plan best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for current office premises - Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health &amp; security standards - Oversee new building projects, renovations and refurbishments - Plan for future developments in line with strategic business objectives - Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities - Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement - Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences. SKILLS -&nbsp; - Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices - Proven experience as security manager or similar position and excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures. - Experience in using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV and electronic surveillance equipment integration) - Experience in emergency response planning and execution - The ability to lead and manage teams and projects - Project management skills - Procurement and negotiation skills - Interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills - Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles - Customer-centricity&nbsp;
