Titan - Lead - Wearables Partnership (5-7 yrs)
- Strategy Roadmap for Wearable Partnerships & Alliances
- Own end to end partner ecosystem development and cultivate relationships
- Develop growth strategies and plans for alliances and partnerships for the Wearables Business
- Identify key drivers for the business that enables effective partnership leading to business growth
- Business growth from Partnerships & Alliances
- Identify partnership opportunities for the business across viable industries
- Own Partner identification and negotiation end-to-end.
- Manage and sustain long term relationship with existing clients
- Expand the partner base through research on business opportunities and any viable income sources
- Develop new business models to deliver incremental value
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company's contract guidelines, policies and as per legal limits
- Help drive new Technology Solutions for Partners
- Work with product and engineering teams to identify product gaps that can be addressed through partnerships
- Work with product team to build technology solutions identified as opportunity areas with the partners
- Work cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence with our partners
- Keep abreast with industry trends nationally and in international market
- Identify and map business strength and customer needs
- 100% customer delight and efficient feedback mechanism
- Provide effective and efficient post-sales support to our partners
- Create effective mechanism to feed back the customer and partners needs to the product team to enable continuous improvement and innovation in products and services
Key Qualifications :
- MBA with ~5-7 years of experience in technology sales, business development and strategy with an in-depth knowledge of business product and value proposition.
- Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
- Experience in creating mobile application ecosystems would be preferred
- A basic understanding of integration of two applications from different sources
- Experience in creating/ managing gaming apps and their ecosystem
- Strong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving timely deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
- Ability to independently manage complex contract negotiations, working with senior executives inside and outside of the organization
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B / B2C environment
- Track record of success building a partner ecosystem with solutions or innovation programs
- Willing to travel to meet with partners, customers and internal stakeholders, attend events and support field teams on site
- Deep experience managing joint GTM success with technology partners, including development and tracking of joint sell-with and sell-through business activities
- Experience in Fintech or Medtech or IoT solutions would be an added advantage.
