Understand requirements of business for better and data driven planning 2. Supervise exploratory data analysis and development of mock-up dashboard 3. Provide proper feedback and sign-off mock-up dashboard 4. Supervise User Acceptance Test (UAT) and ensure proper deployment of the dashboard - Data enabled decision making - Incremental Revenue - Usage of solution & Customer feedback - Turn Around Time Digital: Digital Transformation: Evangelisation of Data & Analytics 1. Understand business requirements & automation avenues in the organisation 2. Supervise co-creation of tools and models in partnership with implementation partners and manage escalations, if any 3. Ensure proper implementation of analytical tools & models 4. Monitor and ensure constant improvement in deployed tools & models - Automation - Data enabled decision making - Evangelisation of data & analytics - Adherence to timelines - Usage of solution & Customer Feedback Digital: General Management: People Management 1. Drive a performance driven culture in the team by reviewing performance parameters and providing feedback to the team 2. Contribute in talent development by providing subordinates with adequate exposure and growth opportunities 3.
