HR Business Partner - North Region, for one of the biggest business divisions of Titan Role: HR Business Partnering &amp; Employee Lifecycle Management for all company roll employees of the division for the North region Reports into: Head HR - North Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities Talent Management &amp; Talent Acquisition - Collaborate with the regional business leadership team to identify &amp; close manpower requirements and manage the requisition process - Ensure 'Right Fit' into a role - either through internal movements or external hiring - Use data analytics (longevity in a role/ business productivity/ individual performance etc.) to drive recruitment/ mobility across the region - Ensure new employee induction &amp; readiness before deployment into the role especially for customer facing roles - Create a ready pipeline of external candidates for store roles (leverage local campuses/ job fairs/ walk-ins) - Create &amp; implement Talent Mobility frameworks for the region (pace of role movements/ upskilling of employees) - Implement the potential management process as per timelines - Implement &amp; execute the performance management calendar (goal setting, continuous performance management, final appraisals) - Develop managerial capability of the regional leadership team on managing their teams' performance. - Collaborate with the regional commercial team &amp; corporate HR team for incentive payouts for store staff Employee Connect &amp; Engagement - Ownership of the engagement calendar and implement the same for the division/ region - Store Open House, 1-1 with Regional Employees - Driving holistic employee wellness across the region - Participation in Regional/ National Events Employee life-cycle management &amp; HR Operations - Attendance and Discipline - Ensure proper discipline and hygiene at stores through constant engagement with Store Managers &amp; Attendance system vendor - Reward &amp; Recognition - implement the R&amp;R process - Statutory Compliance - Keep a track of HR Compliance for the store and get the necessary done through the vendors - MIS and Data: Responsible for tracking and maintaining key data metrics Employee Development - Facilitate completion of Individual Development Plans of employees - Collaborate with the Corp L&amp;OD team on implementation of the training calendar for the region - Identify the development needs of the regional/ divisional staff and implement learning solutions for the same Candidate Description - 6 to 9 yrs of experience in HR with minimum 4 to 7 yrs of HR Business Partnering in Retail/ FMCG/ BFSI/ Pharma industry in front end operations. Education: MBA (HR)/ PGDPM/ PGPM specializing in HR
