Visual Merchandising Head - Taneira - To prepare VM calendar and budget in alignment with marketing/merchandising/retail activities like store launches, new collections, festive occasions and any other relevant promotional events. - Manage the VM project budget - shortlisting the right vendors and partners for design and execution of calendar. - Closely interact with assigned store architect and the Titan Design & Store Projects team on new store design, plannogramming and VM. - Interact with the Merchandising team to bring alive new collections in the store. - Work with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in brand language across stores and exhibitions. - Bring in the process and calendarisation of regular Visual audits to ensure consistency and freshness across stores. - Bring in new techniques, crafts, green methods in each project - Actively participate in training VM champs across stores
