Work Profile :
- Engage and grow the audience on all social media channels through sharp content and integrated communication - define the pillars of content and develop the same to reflect the company
- Manage the digital agency to devise innovative growth strategies on social and work on strategy, communication and execution of plans across key social platforms + website.
- Collaborate with internal teams across the organization for regular updation of website and brand content
- Lead creative development on internal projects and internal communication projects
- Measure and report performance of all corporate marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Align the company values and branding sensibility with internal and external stakeholders
- Build a rapport with key teams across the organisation to ensure even distribution of company content on social
- Engage and build constant awareness internally on company brand and work
- Manage ImPulse platform end to end including Impulse Awards and Impulse website
- Engage with other teams on developing internal communication campaigns and event management for specific projects
