Assistant Manager - Analytics
Background : The Analytics & Insights team was set up with the objective of enabling data driven decisions. This team engages with business stakeholders on several projects to drive business value.
Role :
1. The incumbent will engage with internal stakeholders from business teams such as Marketing, Merchandising, Retail and support them by generating insights through required data analysis
2. The incumbent will leverage data from multiple sources for generating analytical insights and actionable business recommendations that can lead to creating revenue streams or saving costs. Ex. identify upsell opportunities, generate inventory savings through efficient forecasting, improving marketing efficiencies
3. The incumbent will need to develop and deliver statistical models such as forecasting, classification,
clustering techniques, text mining as and when required by the business
3. Key Deliverables :
1. Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to produce periodic as well as ad hoc analyses to aid the business stakeholders
2. Create effective and persuasive presentations based on insights from the data
3. Participate in cross functional teams to help drive implementation of analytics
4. Work with internal and external support teams (IT, analytics vendor etc) to aid the smooth functioning of regular work

Eligibility :
1. 1-3 yrs of analytics experience
2. Experience in Statistical Modeling, Customer Analytics
3. Working familiarity with SQL as well as any statistical languages like R/Python
