Reporting to RBM
1. Scope of the role
To monitor and handle the Trade Sales in Area / Territory assigned.
2. Job Profile
- Target setting( primary and secondary) for Distributor, Direct Dealer and Club Dealers.
- Business Planning for RS and Model Stores.
- Local level promotion action, Marketing, Brand presence
- Identifying new markets and retailing opportunities
- Stock planning
- Build and maintain relation with associated and problem solving
- People motivation and Development.
3. Key Deliverables
- Achieve Value and Volume targets for all Brands
- Ensure Profitability for all distributors operations
- Network Expansion - New Outlets, NTOs and Jewellery
- Commercial Compliance
- Visibility of TCL Brand across all MBOs
- Implementation and execution of scheme
- Monitoring and reporting on Competition, Market Share and Consumer Behaviors
- Acquiring display space in existing MBOs
4. The Right Person
- Suitable candidate would be a post graduate in Management having about 6 - 8 years of work experience in a Trade environment.
- Should possess excellent people, communication and analytical skills.
- The person should possess high level of energy, be people oriented and pay attention to detail.
