TinyOwl - Marketing Manager

TinyOwl is a Mumbai-based company founded by IITB alumni in 2014. We are a team of designers, developers, and strategists backed by the biggest VCs in the world. Our mission is to connect people with their food and we have started off by developing a smart and simple food ordering application.

We are growing like crazy and to keep up, we are looking for great talent and inspiring leaders in product development, business operations, and general management. This position is located in our Mumbai office.

What you will do:

- Take ownership of campaigns to capture the market for TinyOwl

- Conduct market research in order to identify consumer requirements

- Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development

- Dig out actionable insights from the data to decide on further marketing strategies

- Conduct analytics for the team and suggest improvements to campaign management

- You set the vision, you manage and execute that vision- all while making sure that your team is running at optimum efficiency

What you will need:

- A Bachelors degree in any discipline. A Masters would be good too

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Extremely data-focused and strong data visualization skills

- Strong understanding of the Indian market and media landscape

- Experience with mobile marketing is an important plus

- Passion for ensuring world-class user experience

- Proficiency in MS- Office is required
