Role requirement:

- Design and deliver cost-effective solutions that are aligned to the business objectives.

- Be a technical thought leader and architect across all teams translating and delivering end-user digital solutions to stakeholders.

- Work with our sales, marketing, strategy, and product teams to define the digital roadmap.

- Provide design and architecture leadership and governance to delivery teams

- Experience in delivering technical solution designs for multi-tiered, modern software applications.

- Experience in technical ownership for a product/software project, including architecture, estimation, product planning, and user story/requirement creation.

- Translate technical requirements into the business context.

Must have: Should have had hands-on experience in LMS, CRM (ideally Salesforce). Drive LMS, CRM, Marketing automation. Lead a team of technical coders and ability to liaise with vendors.

Desirable: Working in unstructured environments, great communication skills and the ability to deal easily with internal, external stakeholders are important traits.

Qualifications: Preferred degree / Masters in Computer Science / Engineering
