Times Professional Learning - Sector Head - Corporate Sales (12-15 yrs)
Position Objective:
The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through corporate training tie-ups and managing key accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build the business plan for a corporate training business
I. Prioritize sectors by geography
II. Identify key business drivers, investments needed
III. Evaluate learning resource needs, branding, costs and build P&L for approval
IV. Setting rules of engagement for sectors and geographies. The day-to-day running of the business
I. Coordination with sales, academic team, marketing, business development
II. Ensure the smooth running of business and meeting business plans
III. Proposals management: roll-out and control
IV. Ensuring compliance of rules of engagement
Business strategy
I. Own short/medium/long strategy
II. Benchmark competition, build competitive advantage for TCLL
III. Front-end strategic alliances with Indian and international training organizations
