Chief Manager - Solution Architect - Times Professional Learning

Mandatory Skills :

- B Tech (CS /electronic) preferably,

- Proficient in Web Technologies (HTML5, PHP, Others), Enterprise solutions (JEE/.NET), RDMBs, Analytics w/ exposure in AI,

- Knowledge of SCORM is preferable,

- Have used open source platforms

Knowledge :

Well versed with current technology trends in areas such as

- Learning Experience Platform (LxP)

- Learning Analytics

- Architecture / design

- Mobile / wearable

- Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google, others)

- Opensource (Moodle, open edX)

- AR/VR

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Architect, High & Low level EdTech Platform

- Engage customer on platform choices (Technology, Out-of-the-box software, Functional Fitment with customer requirement, process)

- Decide appropriate technology, tools to design eLearning platforms, courseware, tools, workflows

- Manage Technology vendors + production team

- Setup best practice, processes and find ways to improve productivity and/or technology innovation.

- Mentor / Coach team members for optimum project outcome and career growth.

Desired Skills :

- Excellent Communication (written / oral / presentation)

- Consultative selling in areas of technology / platform functionality / analytic.

- Lead cross-functional technology team across engagements.

- Demonstrate out of the box thinking in areas of applicability of technology in Learning & Development.
