- Curriculum Designer, Solution Design, Content Curation for new opportunities / products.

- Lead & engage presales, customer facing project and product engagements.

- Engage Subject Matter Experts, Customer for training need assessment, content discovery and curation.

- Review all engagements / product development for QA, CSS.

- Setup best practice, processes and nd ways to improve creativity and productivity.

- Mentor / Coach team members for optimum project outcome and career growth.

- Consulting in areas of Training Need Analysis, Competency Based Assessment and Training.

- eLearning Technology (Articulate, Lectora, VYOND, GoMo).

- Well versed with current trend in HCM, Learning & Development, Executive Education.

- Excellent Communication (written / oral / presentation).

- Consultative selling, Lead cross-functional team across engagements.

- Demonstrate out of the box thinking w.r.t. to solution as per custom requirement.
