To act as a representative of the organization for external clients and bring in new business or serve the existing clients by constantly communicating with them, maintaining client relationships as well as increasing brand awareness about us and thereby drive revenues and market share for the business
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Drive business growth and higher revenues by tapping the existing clients as well as the new clients
- Organize meetings with clients frequently to tap the business opportunities
- Strive for innovative ideas to provide customized solutions to client
- Track the brands that are being advertised in different medias like Print, TV, radio and prepare a pitch/offering creating opportunities for out of home advertising services
- Understand the requirements of a brand and create suitable opportunities
- Negotiate with the clients in terms of feasibility of their demands
Provide service to the clients in all the aspects i.e., ensuring their needs are met and at the same time suggestions for innovations or new assets are provided
- Complete the operational work on time (i.e., from deal closure to ensuring the invoice reaches the client)
- Minimize the turn-around time
- Instruct the operations team to do the mounting as per the client's requirements
- Review the advertising site and inform the client about the same by sending the snapshots to them and seek their approval
- Update the clients about any new assets on a regular basis
- Communicate about any new development or innovations to the clients
- Amount of revenue generated from innovative suggestions
Ensure that the financial dues from clients are received on time
- Work in co-ordination with the finance team to ensure the invoice reaches the client on time
- Ensure the amount is cleared within a particular period of time
Collection Amount
- Outstanding amount to be collected
Adhere to the procedures and processes strictly
- Enter the number of calls made & the clients met and productivity reports in CRM on a daily basis
- Update the details of a deal as and when it grows or modifies
