Times OOH - Assistant Manager/Manager - Operations (3-7 yrs)
- Will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning and executing the Operations related activities.
- Control operations activity schedule and ensures timely completion.
- Control the operational cost.
- Ensuring the proper and timely maintenance of the property.
- Proactively communicates operational activity status, issues & risks to seniors/ management.
- Preparing and maintaining Daily various require work Report.
- Circulating the work report to the seniors/management.
- Conduct status meetings with Team and vendors considering needs and requirements.
- Hands on experience in operations related work like Mounting / Demounting, fabrication, Structure rectifications, structure installations, electrical connections, components, specs, Electrical Standards etc. Capable of hands on-site work and supervise vendors; conversant with applicable norms for electrical safety & quality at the site.
- Good vendor management and management skills.
- Proficiency in MS OFFICE and. Knowledge of MS Projects, project management tools like Gantt Charts is essential.
- Excellent verbal/non-verbal communication and presentation skills.
