Job Purpose: Create a world-class platform by improving customer engagement and satisfaction and have complete ownership of the product road map with its development plans for www.timesnownews.com and other digital ventures of Times Network Responsibilities: 1: Product Development: - Create the overall product roadmap across all platforms - web, mobile, apps -- based on consumer feedback, strategic priorities, analytics and market dynamics - Drive strategic innovation to generate new product ideas, research/ analyze them for feasibility and business impact, and lead implementation of those ideas - Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.) and quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc.) methods to better understand our users- needs. - Strategic planning to implementation by working with cross-functional teams that include Marketing, Content partnerships, Editorial, Ad Sales, Technology, Customer Service and Finance. - Continuously improve existing products and features to drive higher engagement and conversion. - Own and drive improvement in the key engagement and revenue metrics Fair understanding of monetization and ways to grow the same on digital mediums - Be data driven and have a deep understanding of Analytics and Online marketing (including ASO). - Familiarity with App indexing, Deep linking, App store optimization, Attribution, interactive push notifications, user segmentation and targeting - Getting things done! Qualifications: - CS or equivalent engineering degree - Experience should be between 5-8 years - Thorough understanding of the Digital ecosystem - Product management experience - Ability to manage agile product development and sprint cycles
