Profile: Senior Sales Engineer/Assistant Manager Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identifying and establishing new business

- Submitting of offer, technical discussion, negotiation, order finalization, execution and collection of payments.

- Prepare reports for company management and keep customer records

- Take reviews/Appreciation Letter from the client

- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs

- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education

- Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required

- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs

- Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions

- Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery

- Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts

- Arrange and carry out product training

- Responsible for collection of information of market intelligence regarding competition establishment, infrastructure and technical cost.

- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts

- Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team

- Ensuring That Sales Targets Are Met.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Previous industrial equipment Sales Experience, (Minimum Experience Required: 2-5 Year)

- Comprehensive Industry Knowledge,

- Strong Customer-Facing Skills,

- Strong Written and Verbal Communication,

- Self-Motivated,

- Creative Problem-Solving,

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical,

1. We need person from mechanical or electrical stream only either B.Tech/Diploma,

2. Should have Minimum 1-2 year of experience with industrial equipment sales/capital product sales.

3. Should have own vehicle- any 2-wheeler
