Times Bridge is seeking someone to build and lead an in-house creative hub of customer-agnostic storytelling genius.  This person will build a creative agency inside of Times Bridge that can ideate, sell, and execute amazing editorial projects that courageously push the boundaries of media in India.  This division of Times Bridge will have the following goals:  - Translating its deep knowledge of the voice of the Times Bridge publications into creative brand campaigns and successfully pitching those campaigns to brands.  - Creating original editorial concepts that can be run on Times Bridge publications (see the full list at timesbridge.com) and then securing brand sponsorship of those concepts.  - Leading with innovative story concepts that may not be a fit for Times Bridge publications then pitching and selling those concepts to publications and platforms inside or outside the Times Group.  - Executing the creation of the stories in a manner that exceeds industry standards.  In the traditional sense, the term - creative agency- is too restrictive a designation for this business unit. The client for Times Bridge Studios will be variable - the consistency will reside in the storytelling ideas and subsequent execution, which will be outstanding.  Key Job Responsibilities:  - Formulate and execute on a - Times Bridge Studios- strategy in consultation with the Times Bridge Head of Content Strategy.  - Work with the Times Bridge Video Lead to co-direct the workflow of Times Bridge Creative projects.  - Forcefully enter and direct the zeitgeist around video through media appearances, articles, and more.  - Recruit India's best creative talent to build a world-class team of editorial visionaries.  - Create working relationships with India's top business leaders that lead to the sale of Times Bridge Studios creative services.  The Times Bridge Studios Lead will not alienate prospective partners by being too - salesy- but instead cultivate an inner circle of best friends for whom he/she has a product that makes their businesses function better.  - Build bridges within the Times Group to build the Times Bridge brand and effectively harness the horsepower of India's largest media company for advancement of Times Bridge Studios goals.  - Close multi-lakh and multi-crore sales deals with a wide spectrum of business clients.  - Build a creative execution process that can scale rapidly and efficiently.  - Own the achievement of Times Bridge Studios business success subject to goals set in consultation with Times Bridge Head of Content Strategy.  Desired Candidate Profile:  The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial by nature with unrelenting vision, an insatiable hunger to create and exceptional skill managing and launching editorial projects.  He/she will be equally comfortable working independently (writing copy, shooting a video, pitching a concept to a Fortune 100 brand) and building and leading a team.  Flexibility juggling multiple roles with ease is a must: the Times Bridge Studios Lead will simultaneously act as writer, editor, connector and project manager.  - 5-10 years experience leading a creative agency in India.  - 4-5 years experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders on tight deadlines.  - Calm and composed under pressure.  - Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team.  - Clear understanding of the needs and pain points of brands, creative agencies, and content platforms in India.  - Ability to be an industry leader and accumulate accolades for outstanding work while avoiding the accumulation of excessive ego.  - Exceptional creative ability with a portfolio of published work in leading global publications. This could take the form of writing, video, design, radio, web, or, ideally, a combination of several.  - Industry recognition for outstanding contribution to their field.
