Core Purpose/Responsibilities: - To perform HR/related activities on various systems (SAP, Darwinbox etc.), primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle (from onboarding to separation) and maintain database - Manage employee payables during monthly pay cycle - Ensure payroll inputs are in order for new hires every month - To process the various HR transactions as per the laid guidelines/SOP - Outbound/Inbound calls from employees &amp; other HR Staff (Good Communication Skills) - To receive/respond to e-mail inquiries - (must have good e-mail writing skills) - To perform tasks within the turnaround time and be able to multitask on a day to day basis - Maintain personnel files - Open for new business process changes and adaptability for new systems/technology - Responsible for generating employee code and performing new hire action in SAP &amp; Darwinbox - Entering data in various Infotype in SAP &amp; Darwinbox - Responsible for transfer actions in SAP &amp; Darwinbox - Responsible for Exit/Separation actions in SAP &amp; Darwinbox - Extract several files from SAP &amp; Darwinbox for MIS related to Basic data of employee, Appraisal rating and leave attendance. Qualification: - Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university - Solid skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Desired: - Any certification/ degree in HR will be given preference - Solid communication and interpersonal skills. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Knowledge and understanding of HR processes, programs and policies. - Prior experience of HR Master data maintenance in SAP Salary offered - 7-10 LPA
