In this role, (s)/he will support the business to develop and implement HR projects and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. The position includes but is not limited to, talent management, succession planning, overseeing recruitment efforts along with the TA SPOC, proactively resolving employee issues and address grievances, supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement. The job would encompass the following :- 1) Implement, administer and interpret corporate policies and programs within the business. 2) Partner with the business on workforce planning, succession planning and skills assessment through special projects. 3) Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve retention and employee experience. 4) Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relation issues and resolve grievances. 5) Assess training requirements of the business and ensure the same is provided in collaboration with the L&D team. 6) Provide ongoing support to the business with respect to operational activities and implementation of policies. 7) Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :- 1) Experience of 5+ years as an HRBP or similar role. 2) Ability to influence and partner with employees across different levels of the hierarchy to achieve results. 3) Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and self-initiator. 4) Expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint presentations. 5) Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
