Position: Senior Advisor Role and Responsibilities: - Strategic Initiatives: Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership &amp; departmental heads. - Program Management: Assist &amp; communicate with executives in decision-making, program management &amp; initiative implementation. - Operations: Improve current processes &amp; coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency &amp; productivity. - Issues Management: research, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action. - Business Analysis: Review, analyze and evaluate business needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives for business strategies. - Stakeholder Management: as a liaison of the Office of the CEO, the individual communicates with internal and external departments, demonstrating ownership and engagement with leadership. Assist the HR department with new hires, including documentation &amp; onboarding, collaborate to address &amp; resolve all employee concerns. - Admin: supports Office of the CEO's coordination, drafting emails and documents, supporting in communication and expenses when needed. Maintain hard copy &amp; electronic files, planning &amp; coordinating annual corporate meetings &amp; scheduling facilities. Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications: Must have: - 10+ years in a business or executive management role, ideally in a key advisory role to a CEO/President. Former entrepreneurs / start-up founders that have scaled their business, are also well received. - Experience at top management consulting firm or a Private Equity/Venture Capital fund or relevant experience in internet media/ consumer internet/telecommunications related corporate, commercial and funding transactions and business operations support. - Proven experience organizing &amp; directing multiple teams &amp; departments. - Excellent communicator in written &amp; verbal form. - Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity. - Experience planning &amp; leading strategic initiatives. Good to have: - Experience with data analysis. - Experience with budget management. - Consulting experience with a focus on operations management. - Proven success in a project coordination role. - Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions. - Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
