As a Program Manager, you will lead complex projects that have stakeholders across multiple Times internet businesses. You plan requirements with internal and external partners, this includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines. Your primary responsibility will entail driving the project schedules for the teams you support, working with Product Managers, the Dev Manager, and the engineering team in order to ensure timely delivery against the roadmap. Candidate Profile: - Managing schedule progress; from large phases through to detailed tasks, including understanding and managing dependencies. - Collaborating with staff and management of multiple worldwide business units (including subject matter experts, design teams, and technology teams) to clearly identify, explain, and communicate their project involvement, project goals, expectations, and tasks. - Work closely across teams to collaborate to ensure dependencies are well known, critical issues are identified and resolved. - Tracks status of project activities and ensures that schedules and priorities are being met. - Produce and manage project-related documentation and communications including project plans, status dashboards, stakeholder documentations and project updates. - Ensures critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary. - Overall responsibility for strategic KPI delivery and post-project implementation feedback and insights presentation to management - Manages daily/weekly project communication and status reporting. - Leads Scrum meetings and creates meeting minutes. Background: - Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies, specifically Agile/Scrum. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. - Data analysis/visualization skills - Knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage - Self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment. Education: - We are looking for a 3-5 yrs, MBA with Executive Assistant Background is preferred - Also, someone who is great with project management and sensitive/leadership communication
