Product ops at Timesprime builds a foundation for excellence by reinforcing product strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, and reporting. In short, product ops serves to support the product team and help build better products. Product ops provides support to the product team in three critical categories - tools, data and experimentation, thereby increasing internal team efficiency &amp; driving infrastructure, process and tools improvements. A blend of analytics and consumer experience savvy make this a unique and exciting role that will provide an opportunity to work with multiple teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering and Business). Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Gather key customer insights and feedback for the Product team to influence the roadmap/prioritization of potential product changes. - Aggregate and analyze customer issues using internal tools, customer surveys, and queries of all available data sources to gather user insights. - Work with product &amp; business to support processes &amp; data exchange between Times Prime and its partners to aid integration efforts and day to day functioning. - Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to ensure operational team processes are factored into new product development plans and supporting tools. Basic Qualifications :&nbsp; - BE/BTech from a reputed technical institute. - 0-2 years experience in an analytics focused role in product or marketing, preferably with a background of ecommerce - Knowledge of SQL &amp; MS Excel - Excellent problem solving skills, passion for numbers and incessant curiosity - Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects - Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities Preferred Qualifications - Experience with cross functional collaboration and negotiation - Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including a combination of data from multiple sources - Experience in automating data processes - Proficiency in PowerPoint
