About The Role : - Product Analysts are an integral part of the Product team at ET. They lead research, analysis &amp; generation of actionable insights to define the overall product strategy &amp; roadmap for building best-in-class user experiences. Their roles &amp; responsibilities include the following: The Hawkeye : - Lead dashboarding, product usage related data extraction, trend analysis on daily basis - Meticulously conduct drill-downs starting from high level metrics to find out the explanation for the observed user behavior patterns The Self-Starter : - Take initiatives and proactively conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision making &amp; testing hypothesis - Ideate, propose and validate A/B testing experiments with product managers Hands-on Strategist : - Involved in creating data backed strategies for increasing acquisition, growth &amp; retention - Working with stakeholders &amp; other product managers to align actionable items within their respective product roadmaps Desired Skillset : - Possess strong problem-solving skills - Hands-on experience in delivering data analysis projects from problem definition to providing recommendations - Entrepreneurial mindset with a - can-do- attitude &amp; strong bias for action - Highly curious and can respectfully challenge stakeholders by leveraging data analysis - 1.5 to 3 years of experience in a high growth startup or analytics consulting background is preferred Technical Skills : - Solid experience in writing SQL &amp; MongoDB queries - Hands-on experience in manipulating data &amp; applying standard machine learning algorithms in Python or R - Experience in building automated dashboards in Excel VBA, Tableau or any other industry standard BI tools - Experience working with Hadoop, Apache Spark and Hive for analytics will be a plus Growth Path : - Product Analyst &gt; Product Manager - Growth &gt; Sr. Product Manager &gt; Group Product Manager
