Operations Lead - Times Internet Ltd (Times Prime) Position Summary: - Times Internet is the largest Indian Internet Network and the digital venture of Times of India, India's largest media and entertainment group. TIL reaches over 200+ million unique visitors a month who collectively account for 20.4 billion page views and 20.0 billion minutes spent across web and mobile, with businesses across news, entertainment, sports, local, e-commerce, classifieds, startup investments, local partnerships, and more. Today, it has a diversified set of 35+ digital consumer-facing businesses. - We are looking for a really smart Product Operations Lead. Our team is working on a strategic initiative that involves multiple key businesses of Times. This is a high visibility project and we are targeting to capture a significant share of TIL user base. Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead a team of Product Support Interns. The team handles customer queries &amp; complaints that come through Freshdesk (Customer Support Software) - Person should be very strong in Email Communication. - Responsible for the overall functioning of the support team and the quality of responses/resolutions - Create email templates and assist the team in providing appropriate response depending on the nature of email/ticket - Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers - Ensure customer retention by converting disgruntled customers to potential users of the service in future - Ensure SLA levels are maintained under all circumstances as agreed upon - Identify and escalate priority customer concerns to Product team - Support product team in short term projects/alliances and manage the financial process for the business Desired Skills and Requirements : - Excellent communication skills - verbal &amp; written - Excellent grasp on the written English language. Good comfort level with Hindi. - Ability to lead teams, handle pressure and targets. - Good listening skills and problem solving abilities. - Experience of working on Freshdesk/Zendesk/any other ticketing software (Good to have). - Skilled enough to understand customer pain points and provide apt resolution. - 6 day work week. Salary offered: 6 - 8 LPA
