Hiring for Brand Campaign/ Digital &amp; Performance Marketing (Ecommerce Market Place) |Indiatimes Lifestyle Network Driving the sell-in &amp; sell-out of products for all e-commerce platforms, (e.g. Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra etc.) to achieve the Annual Volume &amp; Revenue Targets for the brand. 1. Complete ownership of P &amp; L of Channel Partners. 2. Partner with as many e-com partners as possible maintaining brand integrity. 3. Revenue and profitability management of the portfolio 4. Responsible for new product listing and updating the catalogs on the websites of the respective channel partners. 5. Reviewing and processing purchase orders and ensuring that there are no discrepancies. 6. Responsible for optimizing product content on the Partners Website including text, images and video content. Hands on with SEO and SEM. 7. Responsible for managing offers, events, promotions on channel partners for maximum revenue generation. 8. Enhance Brand visibility and perception. Introducing innovative processes to increase adoption in the premium segment of Beauty across Partner channels. 9. Execute on-going competitive analysis as well as recommended strategies and tactics to improve our value equation to the customer 10. Ensure the accuracy and timelines of all product launches, marketing campaigns and other customer interaction. 11. Position and present products in ways that exceed expectations such as conversion, average order value, customer service that add to the overall brand positioning 12. Actively drive continuous marketing for the brand (email, social campaigns) to drive category salience and shape demand thereby bringing in relevant users to the brand. Work with the analytics team to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to evaluate and improve future performance 13. Understand current trends, opportunities, assortment, competition and use this knowledge to properly assort, merchandise and market product online. 14. Manage day to day operational aspects of business by working with Internal &amp; e-commerce partner teams (Logistics, Finance, service etc) to ensure the smooth functioning of business. Manage sell-out offers and service return reconciliations. 15. Responsible for new product listing and updating the catalog on the websites of the respective channel partners. 16. GTM &amp; launch planning for New launches with marketing, Supply Chain &amp; e-commerce partner teams to create impact &amp; deliver on business numbers. Negotiate effective allocation of e-com partner resources to ensure successful launches. 17. Negotiate Business terms, Pricing, contracts etc with e- commerce partners to maximize long term sales opportunities. 18. Efficient utilization of the Sales Promotion Budget to effectively deliver sell-out numbers as per annual plan. 19. Manage PLC of all models on e-commerce platform to ensure minimum EOL inventory and losses due to liquidation.
