Job Description : - Understand the objectives set forth by management and identify the relevant metrics/KPIs that require improvement - Create and manage goals on Google Analytics for Dineout B2C business - Devise and develop product-triggered communication campaigns to app users to improve metrics such as transactions, GMV, etc. executed via Clevertap or work via back-end with support from the technology team - Provide deep-dive analysis and insights from Google Analytics - user level behavior, funnels, conversions statistics - create relevant dashboards and visualizations to showcase these trends to business stakeholders - Perform Root Cause Analysis to identify failure points in existing campaigns, funnels and highlight corrective measures - Coordinate with other teams in the organization to execute organic growth campaigns - viz. Marketing, Technology, Product teams - Be hands-on with data and look into data to identify trends and insights to provide corrective steps to cross functional stakeholders
