Title : Manager - Total Rewards Location : Gurgaon Reporting : Head - Total Rewards Primary responsibilities : Compensation Revision : - Administering on-time compensation revision process, including budgeting, payouts and analysis thereof - Compensation advisory w.r.t salary approval, mid-term corrections - Maintaining Market relevance as well as Internal parity framework - Partnering with HRBPs, and business if required, to facilitate job mapping of all the employees in the organization and train them on regular intervals - Understanding of pay structures and pay ranges, impact of the same on budget - Conducting compensation bench-marking, participate in C&amp;B surveys and Creating compelling presentations with market insights - Keeping track of prevailing pay rates to offer competitive plan - Maintaining C&amp;B Data Sanctity - Maintaining compensation data and being responsible for data sanctity as well data confidentiality Administering Promotion Process : - Managing the employee promotion process for all BU's - Incentive Plan deployment and management - Budgeting and Administering Variable Pay - Simulating and managing Sales Incentive plans for various BUs. Performance Management : - Driving and managing the Performance management Process. - Developing and conducting training and workshops to ensure that all performance management systems are accurately understood and exercised - PMS system adoption with communication campaigns and videos - Acting as a change agent and driving change management - Facilitating and Managing change and adoption of new systems, processes and policies - Working with the organization to ensure C&amp;B guidelines are being adhered to - Contributing to Improving effectiveness and efficiencies through analysis - Monitoring the effectiveness of existing compensation policies - Providing inputs for automating Performance and Rewards Systems to the HR Tech team C&amp;B Solutioning : - Partnering with HRBPs to understand business specific scenarios and support in solutioning - Working with stakeholders to help develop retention strategies for existing employees Experience : 2-5 years of relevant domain experience&nbsp; Educational Qualification : MBA from a premier B School preferred The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys creating in chaos, is self driven, with high ownership and absolutely hands- on.
