Position Summary: - Ensuring the credit quality of the applications decisioned &amp; provide policy recommendations at regular intervals. - Responsible for maintaining TAT with respect to the cases allocated for underwriting. - Ensuring credit approval for applications are in line with policy guidelines and credit delegation matrix. - To manage, track and report various key risk indicators at the portfolio level. - Develop credit &amp; risk processes to support smooth customer acquisition and monitor turn around time in sanctions and disbursement. - Liaise with various functions (Operations, Product, Technology, Analytics) for creating and developing credit &amp; risk related policies, scorecards, MISs and working on data. - Monitor Underwriting team &amp; randomly check decisions in order to bring in uniformity in credit decisions Desired Candidate Profile: - 3-7 years of experience with a Bank or a NBFC in a Risk Policy Role or Credit Underwriting for Personal loan/Credit Cards/Auto Loan/ Business Loan. - Strong understanding of reading Bureau reports (CIBIL/Experien). - Ability to suggest/recommend policy changes basis the credit underwriting. - Sound knowledge of lending products and policies for Retail businesses - Understanding of scorecards would be an added advantage. Essential Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):&nbsp; - Good written and verbal communication skills, - Positive- pro business attitude - Working knowledge of excel is a must. Desired Education- Any Graduate / Post Graduate Degree
