The position is open in their new venture, Times Videos, which will operate in the digital space as an OTT player and content provider. Role: - Proactively drive PR strategy and the overall imagery of the organization (MX Player) with internal and external stakeholders. - Creating, implementing and overseeing communications programs for corporate, brand and shows of MX Player - Drive a narrative in the media, that shows MX Player in a positive light - Work closely with the journalists/PR agency to seek opportunities for the brand/organization to leverage - Drive thought leadership for the organization and drive consumer stories for the brand Essential Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) - Must be a confident communicator and presenter - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills - Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills - Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships - Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail - Possess the ability to keep information confidential - Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms - Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours - A wide degree of creativity and latitude - Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
