Expectations:-   - Managing traffic acquisition targets of digital products that include WEB, WAP and App properties.  - Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.  - Working on traffic engagement and user retention strategies for digital properties and coordinating with the product team to execute required changes.  - Working on a marketing plan for the digital properties along with central marketing team.  - Working with the editorial team on the content strategy part of each property.  - Working on the social media strategies implementation in coordination with SEO/SMM teams.  - Working with sales team to design and execute the specific sales campaigns and sponsored events.   - Analyzing potential partner relationships.  Candidate Profile:-   - The candidate would be working closely with the Product Head.  Background (essential and desired):  - 4-6 years of experience in user acquisition/ product marketing   - Start-up/internet company experience would be an added advantage.
