- Finalization &amp; Consolidation of Accounts at Group Level on Quarterly &amp; Yearly Basis under IndAs. - Implementation of SOP's for annual and quarterly closing of books and Tax Audit purposes - Planning &amp; coordination for smooth &amp; timely completion of Statutory/Tax &amp; Internal Audit at group level including holding &amp; subsidiary companies. - Preparation of Yearly Budget &amp; Rolling Forecast. - Monthly review of Accounts to ensure improvement in quality of accounts and Detailed Monthly report. - Deliverables in terms of Fund raising. - Cash Flow Issues - resolutions - cash loss funding and Cash Flow Forecast on a monthly basis. - Ensure minimum differences between reported numbers based on MIS on a monthly basis with Audited Quarterly Financial Numbers. - Ensure timely Returns &amp; Payments of Statutory Dues like TDS, GST, RBI, MCA etc. - Preparation of Tax computations and corporate tax return with help of Tax consultants - Assist consultants in transfer pricing study - On job training to direct reportees for development of Good &amp; Stable team for qualitative output
