Position Summary: The role is accountable for all aspects of product &amp; marketing, BI, analytics and operational support to product team. It requires leading analytical operations, target selection &amp; drive data to make recommendations to business on strategies &amp; design BI supporting business decisions. Job Responsibilities: - Work with business users to define and analyze problems. - Design, implement &amp; manage BI tools for new functional systems. - Consider implications of business solutions to current &amp; future environment &amp; devise/ modify procedures to solve problems considering resources, time and form of desired results. - Act as subject-matter expert on business processes of assigned area. - Requirement gathering, gap analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, troubleshooting and performance tuning. - Role demands someone with high analytical ability and who is highly committed and motivated. - Should have good communication skills, excellent at removing impediments and breaking down complex tasks into simple easy to complete milestones, willing to jump in and solve the problem. Desired Candidate Profile: Deep understanding of Mobile technologies is mandatory - integrating &amp; automating digital platforms &amp; driving rapid ROI for business. 1. Strong engineering background with preferably a computer science or IT degree from a Tier I/II institute 2. 3-7 years of experience with a strong mix of coding/scripting and data analysis 3. Very strong in at least one of R or Python. Working knowledge of other programming/scripting languages like Javascript, Ruby or Java is an added advantage 4. Very strong in implementation, API integration and analysis in following areas a. Web Analytics - Google Analytics (mandatory) b. App Analytics - Minimum 2 of mixpanel, localytics, flurry, amplitude etc. c. Attribution - ApSalar or AppsFlyer d. Competitive Intelligence - AppAnnie, Comscore, SimilarWeb etc. e. Marketing - Facebook Ads, Google Adwords f. A/B Testing - Any 1 of Optimize.ly, Visual Website Optimiser (VWO), Apptimize etc. g. Engagement - Urban Airship, Clevertap, Webengage, qGraph, moEngage etc h. Email Marketing - Mailchimp, Sendgrid etc. 5. Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries is a must 6. Very strong in data analysis and extracting insights from data 7. Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Google Data Studio etc. is an added advantage 8. Experience in big data and cloud technologies like BigQuery, Hadoop, Spark etc, is an advantage, but not mandatory
