Responsibilities - Manage and Execute BI/MIS projects - Creating Dashboards for facilitating understanding and tracking of audiences across platforms - Defining, analysing and communicating key metrics and business trends to the management teams. - Modelling data in order to create reporting infrastructure for senior internal stakeholders - Development process might include gathering and outlining requirements, identifying different data sources, wireframing, design, ongoing enhancements etc. - Executing quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights. - Driving data driven decision making for key stake holders. - Have an in-depth understanding of Google Analytics, ComScore, Apsalar, App Annie etc. - Delivering scheduled reports, based on a specified timetable (Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc.) - Creating ad-hoc reports or working on ad-hoc projects as needed as instructed by BI Lead - Working in collaboration with other team members to support any other team initiatives - Understanding User Content Consumption patterns across platforms - Facilitating key decisions related to content promotion and monetization for the management - Reporting the target vs. actual achievement against actual content distribution goals - Developing methodologies and models for measuring audience engagement across multiple platforms Essential - Comfortable with DOMO (or other visualization tools) - GA, comscore, FB, Insta analytics Candidate Profile - Graduate from a good Tier I/II institute with strong academic credentials - MBA, Engineering, IT, MCA or Maths/Stats degree is preferred, though not mandatory - Deep background and understanding of KPIs and Metrics in the digital industry across product and marketing, such as acquisition, retention, engagement, sales, marketing channels, conversions, cohorts etc. - Solid understanding of the digital products domain across both desktop and mobile, across web, WAP and App. - In-depth understanding of data tools used in the internet industry like Google Analytics, ComScore, Apsalar, App Annie, SimilarWeb, Mailchimp etc. - Minimum 3 years advanced level experience in data visualization platforms, specifically either one of Tableau or Qlik - Strong communication skills in creating insightful stories over email, word, powerpoint etc. - Proficient in analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics), Advance Excel, Google sheets, Power Point etc. - Must have worked with multiple business functions and with senior leadership teams Desired - Basic coding skills
