Role: Lead- Campaign Design and Ideation The Job would encompass the following - 1) Ideate constantly. 2) Coordinate within the team and with external departments to enable smooth flow of ideas and briefs. 3) Deep-dive analysis of client briefs. 4) Understand brand needs and formulate creative solutions with an all-rounded approach. 5) Be the creative voice of the team. 6) Prioritize projects. 7) Work closely with the designers to create clutter breaking presentations. 8) Front clients and present brand solutions alongside the sales team. 9) Manage a team of creative minds, stimulate out of the box thinking and provide guidance to fellow teammates. 10) Track and analyze released content. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities - 1) Experience in leading creative teams / work. 2) Successful track record of demonstrating creative intelligence in digital / advertising space. 3) Creative thinker and a natural ideator. 4) Excellent command over English and Hindi both. 5) Curious about new media trends. 6) Skills to create presentations. 7) Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Key Note, etc. Job Location: Lower Parel- Kamla Mills, Mumbai
