The right person for this role will be : - Someone with 8 to 12 years of experience as an HR business partner for tech / product engineering teams. - One who has independently managed a business unit or vertical. - Has high confidence and maturity to deal with the leadership, multiple stakeholders, and matrixed organization. - Is independent, self-starter and happy to take decisions. - Is comfortable working through ambiguity. - A team player - someone who keeps company and team before self. - Must have high sense of integrity.
