We are looking for an HR Analytics & HR Automation Manager, to be based at our office in Gurgaon.

The key themes of the role will include the following:

HR Analytics

- Being able to conceptualize relevant key metrics for different HR processes, like talent acquisition, & others

- Designing and implementing simple yet sophisticated infographics, dashboards, reports for various HR systems / processes

HR Automation

- Being able to collate, consolidate and articulate functional requirements for various HR processes like new joiner on-boarding, applicant tracking systems & others

- Being able to get the systems designed, tested and implemented (through in-house IT or external vendors) for all businesses through close collaboration with HR Business Partners

- Continuously scouting for improvements in system efficiency and user experience

What we are looking for:

- Hands-on advanced practical knowledge of Excel, Macros, Infographics tools, Presentations

- Successful experience of automation of at least 2 HR processes

- Extremely high analytical mind-set

- Ability to interact with and influence stakeholders

- Good understanding of HR eco-system
