Programming Head
A Global Digital Video Company is setting up a team in India with the bold vision to become India's largest video platform. Currently, the company has 100M+ MAUs (Monthly Active Users) in India.
We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to run day-to-day scheduling of content programming on our video platform. This individual is responsible for the various long form and short form content programming that appears on the application.
Job description-
- Schedule content on our video application and website.
- Oversee the quality of day to day content assignments.
- Work closely with the content team and product team
- Produce weekly content information document that is distributed to key stakeholders within the organisation. Generate and distribute hourly, daily and weekly content schedules
- Have an understanding of a Content management System
- Create, modify and maintain spreadsheets, databases - and prepare variety of reports.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 9 years of people management and operations fast paced, customer obsessed technical/ Customer Service / Vendor management.
- Strong interest in all aspects of content programming
- Strong understanding of digital video content
- Strong organisational skills and next-level multitasking
- Solution-based thinking and problem solving
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intense attention to detail and ability to beat deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability as the role will evolve based on programming and content needs
Technical Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Experience with web content management tools and process.
- Experience working with scheduling databases or project management software a plus.
