Managing the traffic targets of Timesprime proprities that include web, wap, and app properties.   2. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.   3. Working on the traffic acquisition, traffic engagement and user retention strategies for above properties and co-coordinating with the specific horizontal product spocs to execute the required changes.   4. Working on marketing plan for the above properties along with the central marketing team.   5. Working with the editorial team of the above properties on the content strategy part of each of the property.   6. Working on the social media strategies implementation across the above properties in co-ordination with the SEO/SMM teams.   7. Working with the sales team to design and execute the specific sales campaigns and sponsored events on the above properties.   8. Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.  9. Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems)   10. Collaborate closely with technical, digital, sales and business teams as well as external vendors to manage simultaneous time sensitive tech implementations and projects across internal and external channels.   11. Dive into the data to detect patterns and uncover insights to further inform our mobile marketing efforts. Report on campaigns and overall mobile performance.   Candidate Profile :   - Demonstrated mobile apps marketing experience in leading company of at least 5-7 years.   - Should be well versed in Google Analytics and other Measurement tools.   - Should be aware of various push notifications & analytics tools such as Localytics, Mixpanel, Clevertap, Moengage etc   Background (essential and desired) :   - Varied experiences in digital marketing with Indian or international eCommerce companies.   - Should understand the concepts of Lifetime value of a user (LTV) and its application.   - Should have pure data oriented approach in executing the campaigns without any bias.   - Should be open to exploring new Marketing products coming up.   - Should be comfortable to work in a high growth environment.   - Apart from Data Analysis, the candidate should know how to make sense of the data and take actions.
