Position Summary :  - Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities  - Assisting the department in project management, cost optimization and implementing business expansion plans.  - Ensuring timely implementation of the projects  - Vendor management- oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of equipment that are required for the facility- IT systems, air conditioning etc.  - Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness  - Allocating and managing space between buildings  - Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards  - Liaising with building authorities  - Employee welfare events planning and implementation  - Transport management, ensuring team is timely updating the routes and apprising users  - Timely submission of site related invoices  - AMC renewals  Candidate Profile :   - Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing  - Analytical and problem-solving skills  - Decision-making  - The ability to lead and manage teams and projects  - Teamworking  - Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture  - Commercial awareness  - Customer service and user friendly approach  - Organization, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload  At least 5 to 8 years of experience in a company in the capacity of Facility Manager. Employee count of the company at the location deputed should be at least 1000-1500 and support staff team strength should be at least 50. Experience of handling indoor office area above 50000 sqft/Independent Building.
