- Works with cross functional teams (Marketing, Content, Product, Finance) to create KPIs and develop subscriber acquisition, churn, viewership, and product engagement dashboards and provide analysis and insights to the teams to help grow and retain consumers - Utilize data visualization and product analytics dashboards (e.g. Amplitude) to analyze subscriber growth, churn, viewership and other product/engagement data and derive insights - Collaborating and understanding the direction of the business and analytics needs; translating needs into requirements through fact-finding, consolidation and alignment of business asks - Evaluating current set of reporting tools and platforms, and potentially evolving the toolset going forward - Creating and training key constituencies on new reports and reporting products - Formulating regular insights across consumption that will eventually evolve into new revenue product drivers for the organisation - Strong understanding of pay TV and/or OTT businesses, with 3 or more years at a cable network group, broadcast network group, MVPD or in a similar consumer subscription model business
