Job Profile : - Define and execute the customer engagement strategy. This would involve creating strategic, customer-facing programs to achieve engagement, conversion &amp; retention. - Work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns with merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, solving problems, analyzing adoption and making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights). - Be the voice of the customer and partner with product, technology and other internal teams to build a roadmap and execute projects that lead to increased engagement, conversion &amp; retention. - Work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, where multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail are the norm. - Deliver results with strong bias for action in an ambiguous environment. Candidate Profile: - Proven track-record of managing and delivering life cycle/ engagement marketing programs, identifying customer actions and conversions for each stage and achieving those KPIs. - Demonstrated experience using data and KPI metrics to monitor and measure performance, measure effectiveness and plan ongoing improvements. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Intuition for customer communication; adept at marketing copywriting. - Experience managing programs across diverse channels - email, push notifications, sms. - Specialist in marketing tools like clevertap. Background (essential and desired) : - Relevant experience of 4+ years. - Worked in startup environment with high levels of ownership. - SQL experience is a plus point.
