Work from Office - 5 days working - ET Money is looking for a talented, hands-on, and self-directed person to lead the development of copies for strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns for ET Money. - The person will head our in-house copy team. - He/She will lead the copy direction - from conception to copy delivery - of all our marketing initiatives. - As part of the creative team, he/she will be responsible for leading the development attention-grabbing copies that help differentiate ET Money, increase engagement, and drive business growth. - You will be responsible for copies across various media, including onsite, digital advertising, social, email, and product landing pages. - The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and practical experience working with briefs and making multiple conceptual directions. - He/she will have not only strong copywriting skills but also the ability to give feedback and guidance to copywriters while continuously finding opportunities to optimize processes. Responsibilities: - Understand and interpret briefs and create copy concepts for online and offline campaigns/projects - Manage the end-to-end delivery of the copy process - from ideation to delivery - Set the bar for creative excellence and maintain consistency with oversight and execution of projects by copywriter team and ensure timely delivery. - Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, (including Brand, Social, and Media), and external agencies. Must-Have Skill set: 1. 5+ years experience in copywriting 2. Experience in both agencies and brand side 3. Ability and willingness to adapt to the needs of the brand and the industry 4. Exceptional written communication skills 5. Experience in leading and managing a team of copywriters.
