Position Summary : - Taking charge at the crossroads of content, design and marketing strategy, the Content Strategist/ Content Marketing Manager will be the one point contact for getting impactful market communications within strict timelines. - Develop and lead all market-facing content for partner products & platforms, by channeling key talking points into TG relevant communication. - Own and apply the lens of a storyteller for content pieces across all assets (websites, lead gen forms, user-flows, pitch decks, etc) & channels (email, social media, video content, etc.) - Make TIL's social media handles, emailers and all market facing comms a benchmark by owning content, copy and design; make all our communication look flawless & engaging. - Guide the design teams and deploy the latest content storytelling formats. - Measure effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns and show urgency in suggesting measures to improve/ accelerate response rates. - Provide meaning and context to designs to TIL product/service, aligned with measurable business goals. - Meet org goals in generating content led conversions and lead gen - Coordinating goals with department heads responsible for enacting a marketing strategy. - Functional Qualities desired - Someone who has a passion for thumb-stopping, attention grabbing & engaging content writing and above all an undying love for the English language and social media. - Adept at copywriting and design aesthetics in client-facing role - Excellent verbal and communication skills and ability to articulate ideas effectively - Basic knowledge of adtech/ martech landscape would be an advantage Candidate Profile : - 2 - 5 years of experience working in marketing or communications role - Preferably MBA. Bachelor degree in any discipline. - Proven success in executing marcom strategies & campaigns, portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred. - Proven track record in writing engaging content with measurable outcomes like likes, shares, clicks, opens, etc. - Ability to think from a marketer's mind is must, demonstrable experience in working closely with senior marketing leaders will be desired. - Understanding of the media/ advertising/ ad tech industry would be an added advantage..
